How much shipping will cost?

Standard Shipping on items less than 0.5kg  - $ 9.70

Standard Shipping on items more than 0.5kg - $13.25

Express Shipping on items less than 0.5kg  - $12.70

Express Shipping on items more than 0.5kg  - $16.75

Who do we ship with?

Our main shipping service is Australia Post. Please be aware that all couriers are impacted by COVID-19 and may take slightly longer than usual.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We don't yet, but coming soon..

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from eastern suberbs Melbourne, Victoria - Australia.

When my order will arrive?

We'll ship your package out within 24 to 48 hours from the business day ordered. Once shipped, it will depends on your location in Australia and the shipping method you choose, but as a general rule it may take 2 to 7 business days.

How my order will be packed?

We proudly prepare orders using eco-friendly packaging only. All our mailer bags, stickers are compostable (they will biodegrade in 3-6 months in your home compost). Also, some of your Back to wood goods will come in a reusable/storage cotton bag. We only use recycled paper for our cards.
